- Citymeals-on-Wheels – provides funding for weekend meals to homebound seniors, as well as emergency and holiday meals; holiday card program for homebound seniors, friendly visiting program and PAW Program for homebound seniors with pets
- NYC Department for the Aging – provides funding for weekday congregate meals and weekday home-delivered meals
- NYC Department of Homeless Services – provides funding for the provision of social services at the Encore 49 Residence
- NYC Department of Health and Mental Hygiene – provides funding for social services at Encore 49 Residence
- U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development – provided a capital grant to construct the Encore West Residence
- Catholic Charities Archdiocese of New York – provides funding for special Projects needed for Encore’s housing and other services
Nonprofit Partnerships in Service Delivery:
- Westside Ecumenical Services for the Elderly (WEME) under Goddard Riverside Community Center – partners with Encore in preparing and delivering home-delivered meals to seniors on the upper Westside
- Henry Street Settlement (HSS) – Encore serves as a ‘subcontractor’ on HSS’s DFTA contract to deliver hot meals and catered Kosher meals to seniors in Community Board 5 on Manhattan’s Westside
- New York Foundation – provides case management for Encore’s homebound seniors in Community Board 5
- Project Pilot/Self Help – provides case management for Encore’s homebound seniors in Community Board 4.
- Isabella Home Care – provides nursing assistance at the Encore 49 Residence
- Self Help Special Family Home Care – provides nursing assistance at Encore 49 Residence
- Hospital Audiences, Inc. – provides musicians for birthday parties at Encore 49 Residence
Nonprofit Partnerships
Nonprofit Partnerships – Encore provides a worksite for young adults with developmental
disabilities. They deliver meals and provide assistance at the Center during the lunch program.
