Encore for Life is Encore’s strategic plan to ensure that all older adults connected to the organization can thrive, in their homes for as long as possible. It ensures access to healthy food choices and expanded social connections. Over the next three years, Encore will expand its menu choices, increase individualized supports, and deepen its community presence, through an Aging Friendly Community Partnership.
